Cancellation & Refund Policy

At DevJuni, we strive to ensure that our clients are satisfied with our services. However, we understand that circumstances may change. This policy outlines our terms regarding cancellations and refunds.

1. Project Cancellation

You may cancel your project at any time by providing written notice to us via email at support@devjuni.com.

  • Before Work Begins: If you cancel before any work has commenced, you will receive a full refund of any deposits paid, minus a 5% administrative fee.
  • During Development: If you cancel after work has begun, you will be billed for the work completed up to the date of cancellation. Any remaining balance of your deposit will be refunded, or you will be invoiced for the difference.

2. Refund Policy

Refunds are processed within 14 business days of the cancellation confirmation.

  • Completed Projects: Once a project is completed and approved by you, no refunds will be issued.
  • Subscription Services: For ongoing services (e.g., maintenance, hosting), you may cancel at any time. Refunds are not provided for partial months of service.

3. Revisions and Disputes

We offer a specified number of revisions as per your project agreement. If you are unsatisfied with the work, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue. We are committed to working with you to achieve a satisfactory outcome.
